Drive Against Suicide Ball Fundraising For Limerick Organisations

The Drive Against Suicide Ball will take place on Saturday the 15th of April in the Dunraven Arms Hotel in Adare Co. limerick at 8 pm. 

The Drive Against Suicide Ball is a black-tie event including a 4-course meal and a special guest speaker on the night with a fantastic prize up for grabs too. This wonderful night will also feature music from the wedding band of the year, Escapade followed by DJ.

LCFE Fundraiser for Limerick Marine Search and Rescue

Limerick College of Further Education is holding a table quiz fundraiser on Thursday, March 9, with all proceeds raised going to Limerick Marine Search and Rescue.
The theme of the fundraiser is TV and Film, with the option of a movie star fancy dress there for all. The M/C of the night will be Austin Powers, to mark the 20th anniversary of the film’s release.
At €20 per table of four, there will be an Oscar-winning prize for the best dressed, alongside a prize for the winning table of the quiz.

LIT students raise money for local charities

 LIT Students presenting cheques to the Children’s Ark, Limerick Marine Search & Rescue, and Rape Crisis Mid-West. The funds were raised as part of MarketLink at LIT,

Three local charitable organisations have been presented with cheques totalling more than €6,000 by LIT students who fundraised for them.  

The first year students, drawn from the Marketing & Management and Applied Social Care programmes, developed business ideas and sold their products or services at the annual Market Link Fair in LIT, to raise money for their chosen charities.
